The school uses a variety of communication channels to liaise with you and your children. These are listed below:

Website

The school website is the main source of 'static' information.  For example, it houses details on policies, forms and also is an archive for letters that have been sent out.

Direct Messaging

At the moment we use ParentHub to send direct messages to you.  However once all parents have access to the ARBOR app we will be using ARBOR to send messages to you.

First Aid Notifications

We use Medical tracker to send first aid or medication notifications. 

Telephone

We may have to contact you by telephone on occasion.  Should you need to get in touch with school by phone please do so on 01332 513862.

Post

Very occasionally we may post letters home directly.  Should you need to post anything to us the school address is Ravensdale Infant & Nursery School, Devonshire Drive, Mickleover, Derby, DE3 9HE. 

Email

Emails will be sent out by ARBOR.  Should you need to contact us by email, please do so on admin@ravensdalei.derby.sch.uk.
